Day 24
*Rest (or 200 Squats)
*Rest (or 125 Crunches)
*210 Second Plank
*Eat at least three healthy meals
*Drinks at least 6-10 cups of water (Water intake has increased to up to 10 glasses per day)
*Bonus:
Cardio: 45 minutes of cardio (walk, bike, treadmill, aerobic activity)
Strength Training: Chest – 3 sets (12 reps)
