30 Day Arm Challenge – Day 30

Day 30 – The last day! You made it!
**Maintenance: 3 sets/15 repetitions of the push-ups, biceps curls and dips 3 times a week (every other day). The same for the punches except count the left and right punch as one repetition. (If you choose to do more repetitions use light or no weights.)
I recommend you re-watch the videos and make sure you’re using proper technique.

TODAY’S WORKOUT:
*50 Push-ups
*120 Dips (may want to break this up into sets)
*150 Bicep Curls (may want to break this up into sets)
*150-second punches (may want to break this up into sets)
ADVANCED:
*Use lighter weights and complete the repetitions without taking a break
OPTIONAL:
*30-60 minutes of cardio
+++Remember to eat healthy and drink 6-10 glasses of water per day.
